ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW
Shineway Training Consultancy is a registered training provider under HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation), and a Smart Partner of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) SPACE. We are also officially registered with Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM).
Since our establishment, we have focused on upskilling and reskilling programs, particularly in the caregiving and postnatal support sector. Our goal is to meet the growing global demand for professional caregivers and confinement lady through quality, industry-aligned training.
OBJECTIVES
To train, educate and certify individuals to be a health professional care aide, while developing the knowledge, skill and attitude of caregiving in accordance with industry standard and to meet the demand, expectation and responsibilities of being a professional caregiver.

Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Gopalakrishnan brings with him over 30 years of expertise in workforce development, having trained more than 28,000 individuals across diverse skill areas. A passionate and highly competent trainer and facilitator, he specializes in caregiving and postnatal care, with a strong dedication to empowering individuals, particularly those from the B40 income group.
His mission is to equip people with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional certification needed to become competent health and personal care aides. He envisions building a skilled workforce capable of delivering high-quality care for the elderly, frail, differently-abled, as well as prenatal and postnatal care for mothers and newborns. both locally and globally.
